Shannon started in the IT industry replacing token-ring with Cat5 cabling. After setting up the IT function of Canon Voice & Data, he helped set-up CNS Group, the UK’s longest running CHECK company, and built the UK’s 1st PSN accredited Managed Security Services function. Shannon has an extensive knowledge of the Cyber Security market and specialist knowledge of the Government, BlueLight and Finance Markets. His entrepreneurial and problem solving nature have lead to the creation of several cyber tools inc. RiskRevelation & CyroSure. As CEO of Cyro, his motivators are in innovation, automation and the power of teamwork.

Paul Rose <br><span style="font-weight: 300;font-size: 12px;text-transform:none;">Chief Security Officer</span>
Paul's military background gives him the ideal station to lead a team that manage some hugely business critical and security sensitive networks. Paul cut his teeth within the InfoSec world, post-service, with some well known City finance houses and brings an immense knowledge base of the workings of public and private sector regimes to the InfoSec arena. As a CCP Lead Auditor and Architect Paul has created services that not only protect the network but achieve compliance to any required regulation. Paul is also a well known figure within the NCSC and CNI worlds.

James is a Senior Cyber Security Architect and technology specialist with over 15 years experience of delivering large projects and managing large teams. James leverages his large wealth of experience and knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and various technologies, to provide advice, guidance, and solutions to support clients in achieving their goals. This includes improving data security, reducing cyber risk, architecture design, and assistance in achieving certifications and accreditations for compliance. James is a certified Senior IA Architect, ISO27001 Lead Auditor and TOGAF Certified Architect amongst others.

Sam Sorrell <br><span style="font-weight: 300;font-size: 12px;text-transform:none;">Chief Revenue Officer</span>
Sam has over 12 years experience within the Cyber Security industry, working with clients across the public and private sector to assess their current Cyber Security provision and highlight key vulnerabilities to resolve, align their operations and business goals to recognised frameworks such as PCI DSS, NIST and ISO27001.
Sam has worked in a number of key commercial roles for both dedicated Cyber Security specialist firms, managing major accounts across the Telecoms, Finance, Legal and Media sectors, and also has vast experience in communicating cyber security propositions and solutions in the MSP market. Sam will utilise this experience to drive revenue growth across all Cyro business units, driving thought leadership and Cyber specific solutions that underpin our client's strategic growth goals and digital transformation. -
Jane Lovesey <br><span style="font-weight: 300;font-size: 12px;text-transform:none;">Operations Director</span>
After graduating, Jane started her career with PwC, qualifying as a chartered accountant in 1992. She then spent a few years in the banking sector as a reporting management accountant. After a short career break, she freelanced as a consultant providing finance director services to SMEs. In 2011, she took a role as Head of Finance. The company grew aggressively through acquisition. Jane’s role was to integrate people, processes, and finance systems. Four years later, Jane moved into the Project Management Office to take on transformational programmes, process change, and business system design and implementation projects.

Alastair Bell <br><span style="font-weight: 300;font-size: 12px;text-transform:none;">Practice Director, Cyber Security Services</span>
Alastair has over 20 years of experience being instrumental in IT transformations and the creation and leadership of Cyber Security strategies to manage detection and response to both internal and external threats in the Travel, Legal, Financial, Telecommunications, Government and Medical Sectors. He has designed and provided Public and Private sectors with regional and global Disaster Recovery solutions, in case the very worst happens.
Alastair utilises his experiences and skills to lead the Cyro SOC and Threat Hunting teams, ensuring they have up to date industry leading skillsets, acute knowledge of governance frameworks and select and use the best technology, all to provide the fastest detection and response possible. -
Alec Warriner <br><span style="font-weight: 300;font-size: 12px;text-transform:none;">Chief Information Security Officer</span>
Alec is responsible for the companies Information Security, compliance, accreditation and overall cyber security, as well as delivering consultancy services to several clients. His Information Security and Business Continuity, qualifying in both for implementation and auditing. Interests within work are Incident Response and Threat Remediation.
As CISO, he ensures that we practice what we preach and make Cyro the most secure Cyber Security Consultancy and Managed Service provider on the market.Alec is an ISO27001 and ISO22301 Lead Auditor, and expert in NIST, GDPR, DPA & TSA.

Geoff Bradley is an inspirational leader and visionary in cyber security, specialising in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC). With a strategic mindset and a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions, he helps organisations achieve objectives while managing risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
He has been involved in numerous digital transformations over the years, adopting a secure by design approach, applying standards and aligning to best practices. He has a unique business and client perspective having occupied the role of CTO earlier in his career, so he is focused on positive business outcomes for clients.
Currently leading the Consultancy practice, Geoff oversees all of our cyber security consulting services. His extensive experience in the Public and Private Sector spans consultancy, advisory roles, and delivering business-critical security initiatives, making him a key player in the evolving cyber landscape.

Experience in operational, training, delivery and leadership roles throughout physical and technical security. Peter is highly experienced in project and stakeholder management, risk and resilience, with a strong passion for change enablement, leadership and influence. With an MBA in Business Management and certifications in PRINCE2 and ITIL, Ana combines strategic leadership with technical insight to ensure seamless delivery in the fast-paced world of cyber security. Her focus on excellence and innovation drives impactful results for clients and teams alike.

Daniel Helsen is a seasoned Project Manager specialising in the delivery of cyber security services both in the public and private sectors. With certifications in PRINCE2, ISEB/ISTQB, and IOSH, Daniel brings extensive expertise in managing large international software delivery projects from scoping to Go-Live, utilising multiple methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
Daniel’s proactive approach to risk management, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to exceptional quality standards. His leadership supports the seamless execution of cutting-edge cyber security solutions in today’s dynamic threat landscape.

Laura Reilly <br><span style="font-weight: 300;font-size: 12px;text-transform:none;">Head of Marketing</span>
Laura is the Head of Marketing at Cyro Cyber, where she has been instrumental in defining the brand and spearheading all marketing and PR initiatives. Despite only four years in the field, Laura has quickly emerged as a leading voice in championing inclusivity and community building, her experience in which spans over 10 years. She is the current lead for the Cyro Chapter, a community for cyber security leaders to network and learn with one another.
She is also the Marketing Lead for Women in Cyber Security UK+I , the Co-Founder of the InClusive inCyber community, and was awarded the Cyber Security Marketeer of the Year award in 2024.
